A very interesting collection piece, this watch was made in the 1970s by Jacques Monnat – a brand name registered by Palmer Sales Corporation New York.
Ca. 36.5 mm diameter, unmarked crown.
Beige dial with silver applied indexes and a day/date window at three o’clock. Dual tone black/silver hands with light blue central seconds hand.
The back case is marked AUTOMATIC | ANTIMAGNETIC | WATERRESISTANT | STAINLESS STEEL | 10598.
The watch is powered by a Palmer Sales Corp, Swiss, Calibre ETA 2789, 17 Jewels – Patented, Incabloc self-winding movement.
The watch has a very rare leather strap with carbon fiber inserts and a buckle marked FBG | ACIER INOX | DEPOSE | SWISS.
Very good collector condition, with faint scratches on the watch case, excellent technical condition, the watch is working and keeping a pretty precise time.
